I'm Alan Hagan the Chief trainer and owner at the Viper Pit, I've been in the boxing game for over 25 years, both as a licensed professional Boxer and currently a Trainer under the British Boxing Board of Control banner (BBBoC) I have a never know it all attitude and still learning every day in this exciting and ever changing industry.

At The Viper Pit Boxing Gym, our approach is what makes us the best value in Liverpool and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 1993. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At The Viper Pit Boxing Gym, we will help you achieve whatever you want to be.

SLIDERS
One of our more challenging workouts
Try one of our Slider sessions for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Sliders will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
